“Our supporters in Minnesota want to see their Board of Dentistry uphold the high standards of the profession and revoke Mr. Palmer’s license,” executive director of the Animal Legal Defense Fund, Stephen Wells, said.
The ALDF believes that by killing Cecil Palmer violated Minnesota’s standards of professional conduct.
This was not the first time Palmer has been charged with murdering of animals, in 2006, he was charged and pleaded guilty for killing a bear in Wisconsin. in 2008, he was charged with making false statement for his 2006 case and received one year probation and fined $3000.
